Radio Eyewear® Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Policy

At Radio Eyewear®, your satisfaction is our priority. Our policy complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), protecting your rights if something goes wrong with your purchase.


Shipping Policy

  • Worldwide Shipping: Free shipping on all orders over $120 (Excluding USA)

  • United States Orders: Due to tariffs introduced under the Trump administration, a flat rate of $49 applies to all US shipments.

  • Standard free shipping applies to the rest of the world.


Faulty or Damaged Products

If your sunglasses arrive defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under ACL.

Exchanges – Sunglasses (Fit & Sizing)

We understand fit is important. If your sunglasses don’t fit as expected, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The sunglasses are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • All accessories and protective covers are returned.

🔹 Refunds are not offered for sizing or fit issues — only exchanges.
🔹 Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
(Free worldwide shipping applies only to the original order — US orders remain subject to the $40 flat rate.)


Optical Frames with Prescription Lenses

As prescription lenses are custom-made by our optical lab, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty under ACL.
We recommend double-checking sizing and fit before placing a prescription order.


Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving your sunglasses:

  • Exchanges are available for unused, undamaged products within 14 days.

  • Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases (including sizing/fit issues), unless the product is faulty.

  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.


Sale Items

All sale items are final and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.


Warranty

All Radio Eyewear® products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you experience a quality issue, contact us to arrange a repair or replacement.
