At Radio Eyewear®, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. Our policy complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), ensuring your rights are protected in case of any issues with your product.
Refunds & Exchanges for Faulty Products
If your sunglasses are defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us at info@radioeyewear.com if you believe your product is faulty. We will assess and arrange a solution as quickly as possible.
Exchanges for Sizing Issues
We understand that sometimes products don’t fit as expected. If your sunglasses don’t fit and are unused and undamaged, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receipt.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any protective covers or accessories.
- Please note, the shipping costs for the exchange will be at the customer’s expense if the sizing or fit is the reason for the exchange, as we offer free worldwide shipping on the original order.
Change of Mind Policy
If you decide to change your mind after receiving your sunglasses, we offer exchanges on unused and undamaged products within 14 days. However, return shipping for change-of-mind exchanges will be at the customer’s expense.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless the product is faulty
Sale Items
Sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, unless they are faulty.
Warranty
All Radio Eyewear® products come with a one-year warranty for any manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues related to the quality of the product or its materials, please contact us to arrange a repair or replacement.
